We can knuckle 12 and 25 Radius up to 3mm thick 150mm to 4m.Stainless Bead Blasting
Bead-blasting stainless steel creates a matt non-reflective finish. This enhances the appearance of the stainless steel and creates a uniform finish. It can also increase durability and resistance to corrosion.
This technique involves the application/blasting of small glass beads and as our booth is solely dedicated to stainless steel there is no risk of contamination from mild steel.
Our booth has both side and end opening doors for easy manoeuvrability and we can blast items from 4m to 6m long and with a width of up to 2.4m. We can currently service the automotive, architectural and industrial industries.
We are based in South Auckland (Takanini) and we can arrange collection or drop off Auckland/Waikato-wide. Most jobs are completed by the next business day.
Welding
All our welders have certificates to weld to the AS/NZS 2980:2007 standard.
We are also ASME Certified.
